Identified - An issue outside our payments platform has been identified with Mastercard payments in Australia not being automatically captured. This affected a number of payments made on April 27th, which have been paid out on April 30th. This also affects a number of payments made between April 30th and May 1st. Merchants may experience a payout delay for these impacted transactions. We are working on getting the impacted payments paid out as soon as possible.

It is impacting a small amount of transactions and users experiencing this may receive an error when initiating a transaction. Transactions can be re-attempted if an error is received.
We're currently working on a resolution, but users may experience this issue intermittently while that is being resolved.

On Saturday, Lightspeed experienced issues with OrderAnywhere and other online ordering platforms. This problem caused the 'confirmation' message to not be sent to some of our online ordering integrations. While printing in-venue was unaffected, orders were showing up as failed in online ordering portals. Our engineering team was alerted Saturday afternoon and promptly resolved the issue.

Throughout this maintenance window, certain payment methods, as outlined below, may experience a few seconds of unavailability for transactions. Should a payment type be unavailable at any given moment, a message will promptly appear on your sales screen upon selection, notifying you of its status.
For payment types not listed, sales will not be synced until the maintenance is complete. After the maintenance on the web platform, sales will be automatically synced.
